Fumie Yoshikawa, CEO, Professional Licensed Therapist
My approach
In my therapeutic practice, I specialize in addressing a range of areas including trauma, where I create a safe space for healing past and present wounds using informed methods. I assist clients in unraveling the roots of anxiety with tailored strategies, incorporating cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I also tackle complex family dynamics, helping resolve communication issues and conflicts to foster healthier relationships. My approach is culturally sensitive, addressing the impacts of cultural identity and conflicts. I support clients in healing from adverse childhood experiences by developing resilience and understanding their long-term effects. Additionally, I work on transgenerational trauma, helping break cycles of inherited pain. My services extend to aiding those dealing with depression, relationship challenges, crises, and self-esteem issues, as well as navigating life transitions and recovering from domestic violence. Through a client-centered approach, I aim to empower individuals towards personal growth and improved well-being.
